Police said a 35-year-old man was shot with 22 caliber bullets in the western city of Herne, when he was partying and getting drunk on New Year's Eve 2005.
They said the man remembered that ever hit by a blow on his head that night, but he did not ask for medical help.
The bullet did not penetrate the skull, and police said the man who came from Poland's new to the doctor recently, because there is a bump on her head tasteless.
At the time of x-ray scan, doctors found projectile was lodged in the man's head.
